• Free shipping is available starting from two items, provided that the order is received.
• In case of order refusal or non-receipt, the customer will bear the full shipping cost, which will be automatically deducted from the deposit paid in advance.
• In case of a promotion offering free shipping from the first item, this offer does not apply to remote governorates, where the brand will cover 50% of the shipping cost only.
• Orders are delivered within a maximum of 7 business days.
• If you request an order inspection, the box and complimentary gift will not be included with the shipment.
• Evening wear (soiree dresses) cannot be inspected.
